Your fundraising committee is very busy getting things organised for this year's second major fundraising event.

As we've said before, we are aiming to attract at least 200 guests to this year's event so we need your help to get out there and spread the word. As well as the electronic invitation, we have A4 and A3 posters available for you to put up where-ever you can. Email your friends and family, work colleagues and anyone else you think may be interested in attending. Make sure you talk to people and share your enthusiasm about the wonderful wares that will be available on the day. I'm sure anyone who attended last year would find it hard to believe anyone could leave the event without purchasing something. We need to attract as many people as possible to ensure that our suppliers are interested in particpating in our event again next year.

Chokeby Road will be there as a new supplier and will be offering a range of wares and possibly some truffle-making demonstrations.

Tickets will be available at this week's meeting and will be distributed to club members. Also, don't forget to provide names and addresses of club/group contacts to whom we can post complimentary tickets.
