The Membership Committee of Bruce, Geoff and Rebecca met this week and we are EXCITED..... ( to steal a phrase from Stephen Lee.

We even have some exciting things planned for this year including:

Information Evening - to be held in February where we invite interested people to hear about Rotary over wine and cheese. Members are going to be asked to help us develop a register over the coming months.

Coffee Chats - we are going to reinstate the "old fireside chat" with people that come along to more than 1 meeting and show interest. A member of the committee will meet with them, talk about Rotary and if appropriate have the membership forms ready to go. Stephen Lee instigated this with huge success so we have decided we want to build on it.

Induction - we are going to have induction programs for new members and assign a Rotary buddy for 6 months. We are also going to do evaluations after 6 months and for those who leave, we will be doing exit interviews.
